Founded in 1946 by brothers Herb and Bob Lock as part of Lock Brothers, Inc, Lock Steel Building Company, Inc. has supplied quality steel framed buildings for numerous commercial, industrial, warehouse re-roof construction, and repairs. In 1971, Herb’s son, Don, joined the business and lead with his knowledge and expertise for 35 plus years. In 2000, Don’s son, Matt, accompanied his father and gained the unmeasuarbale experience passed on from the previous generation. Today, Matt Lock, President, Grandson and nephew of the founders, oversees the day to day operations from sales to project management. Though the majority of our work is located within a 100-mile radius, many customers’ needs have sent the company across the nation.
