Prior to deciding to open up his own territory he realized the massive benefits to the consumer. A study was done throughout the country with and without these payment gateways and virtual terminals and the results were outstanding; the findings were that with the businesses that had a credit card payment procedure in place produced 83.6% more in revenues than without. Voila! Rich was hooked.
