We have created a unique environment in our Santa Maria and Shell Beach offices, offering an individualized treatment experience that is a private, skilled one-on-one interaction solely with a highly experienced licensed Physical Therapist in a peaceful, healing environment. Our philosophy is to assist healing in ways that are skillful but not forceful. By treating our clients individually, one-on-one for the whole 55 minute treatment, we have time to use our advanced manual techniques and our extensive expertise, blending traditional techniques with more integrative ones - including yoga, mindfulness, martial arts, breathing/relaxation and sports psychology techniques. We focus specifically on the root issue of what each individual needs in order to get them back to living life pain-free. We guide our clients to teach themselves to become stronger, manage pain better and then to bring these skills into their everyday lives, promoting greater comfort while healing.
