We specialize in outpatient physical therapy and offer massage therapy. Stella Vargas has been a licensed Physical Therapist for over 25 years. Her career began at St. Jude Hospital and Rehabilitation Center in Fullerton, CA in 1984. Ms. Vargas later worked as the Director of Physical Therapy at the American Physiotherapy Institute and at OTA Physical Therapy Clinic.
