Larry Penna, along with his wife Erika started a new business in New Fairfield, Connecticut named Penn Pools. That name matched his Mom's real estate business also in New Fairfield named Penn Realty. Larry first started installing above and in-ground pools in 1969 along with renovations and service to pools and spas. In 1980, the business became incorporated. In 1986, he started focusing heavily on service along with major pool and spa renovations.
